Halo 3 on Discovery Channel’s Future Weapons(UPDATE 2)

Well Discovery Channel really likes gamers. First they paid for two Gears of War maps and now they are doing a complete episode of Future Weapons for Halo 3. The ad that showed up on YouTube this Sunday night isn’t very specific about what they’re going to show but I would love to see some Neil Blomkamp style Halo weapons in use. The show starts at 8:00 PM eastern so check your local listings.

[Update 1- Wow Discovery Channel sucks. The big sneak peek was the E3 2006 annoucement trailer. I can't believe it. There was also no "Halo" themed episode as discovery channel kept showing reruns of Future Weapons while giving Halo 3 ad's.There is 45 minutes left for the last episode so maybe by some miracle of god they show something new.]

[Update 2- Alright so the show consisted of two main sneak peeks. The first one was the 2006 E3 trailer and the last one was the 2007 E3 Trailer. Major Fail.]

    Halo 3 is more than hype. I beleive this will be the largest media release of all time…and yes that does include movies.

    In August Microsoft had already pre-sold more than a million copies and with their new “Believe” campaign you can expect gamers to come out of the woodworks to purchase a new system and game…un-be-leive-able.
